1. Capital is at risk

The most likely serious outcome of participating is losing the full amount you commit. This is not a remote possibility mentioned for completeness — it is the principal risk and you should assume it is real.

There is no mechanism that returns your capital to you. There is no fund set aside to compensate you if the programme stops paying. If the platform ceases to operate for any reason, whatever you have committed is gone.

2. Capital is committed permanently

When you move funds into capital, that action is irreversible. Committed capital cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, assigned or recovered — not by you, not by APX Autobot Trading, and not by anyone acting on your behalf.

Only earnings are withdrawable. Your committed capital remains in the programme for as long as the programme exists.

Consider carefully what this means before acting. Funds you may need for living costs, debts, medical expenses, education or any other purpose must not be committed here under any circumstances.

3. The rate is a setting, not a market return

The advertised daily rate is a value configured by the operator. It is not generated by trading performance you can inspect, it is not tied to the price of any asset, and it does not vary with market conditions.

The operator can change this rate at any time, in either direction, without prior notice and without your consent. A rate advertised today is not a commitment for tomorrow.

Live market prices shown on this site are reference data for the wider cryptocurrency market. They do not indicate, predict or relate to the programme's performance, and should not be read as evidence that the programme is producing returns.

4. Sustainability depends on continued funding

Payments to participants are made from the platform's available funds. Whether those payments can continue depends on the platform remaining adequately funded.

Where a programme distributes more than it generates, later participants' contributions can be what funds earlier participants' withdrawals. Arrangements with this characteristic have a well-documented tendency to fail, and to fail suddenly. When they fail, the participants who joined most recently generally lose the most.

You should satisfy yourself as to how this programme is funded and whether its obligations can be met, and you should not rely on anyone else's assurance — including APX Autobot Trading's — in reaching that conclusion.

5. No regulator, insurer or guarantor

APX Autobot Trading is not a bank, is not a licensed financial institution, and is not authorised or supervised by any financial regulator.

• Your funds are not covered by any deposit insurance or protection scheme.
• No regulator supervises this programme or can compel it to pay you.
• No compensation scheme exists if the programme fails.
• There is no ombudsman or complaints authority with jurisdiction.

If something goes wrong, there may be no practical avenue of recovery.

6. Referral earnings depend on other people

Referral income is a share of the earnings your network actually generates. It is not a share of what they deposit, and it is not a payment for the act of recruiting.

You earn nothing from a referral who deposits but never commits capital. You earn nothing while the referral programme is switched off. You earn nothing if you have not committed capital yourself. Referral income is variable, is not guaranteed, and should not be treated as dependable.

If you introduce others, you are responsible for what you tell them. Do not represent the programme as safe, guaranteed or risk-free, because it is none of those things.

7. Technology and platform risk

The platform depends on software, wallet applications, network infrastructure and third-party data providers. Any of these can fail, be attacked, be discontinued or behave unexpectedly.

• Software defects may cause loss of funds or incorrect balances.
• Transactions, once submitted, generally cannot be reversed.
• If you lose access to your wallet, nobody can restore it for you.
• Sending funds to a wrong destination is permanent and irrecoverable.
• Network congestion or outages may delay or prevent transactions.

APX Autobot Trading is non-custodial. Securing your wallet and its recovery phrase is entirely your responsibility, and nobody at APX Autobot Trading can help you if you lose them.

8. Operator discretion

The operator can change programme settings at any time, including the daily rate, referral rates, minimum and maximum amounts, fees, and whether particular features are available at all. The operator can also suspend the platform.

Changes take effect when they are made and generally apply to future activity. You may not be notified in advance.

9. Tax and legality are yours to establish

You are responsible for determining whether participation is lawful where you live, and for any tax arising from it. APX Autobot Trading does not provide tax reporting and does not withhold tax.

10. Who should not participate

Do not participate if any of the following applies to you:

• You cannot afford to lose the entire amount.

• You need the funds for living costs, debts, or an emergency reserve.
• You are relying on this income to meet a commitment.
• You do not understand how the programme works after reading this document.
• Participation is unlawful where you live.
• You are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
