Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing APX Autobot Trading, connecting a wallet, or committing any funds, you agree to these terms and to the Risk Disclosure and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of them, do not use the service.

In these terms, "APX Autobot Trading", "we" and "us" mean the operator of this platform. "You" means the person using it.

2. Eligibility

You may use APX Autobot Trading only if you:

• have reached the age of majority where you live;
• have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• are not barred from using the service under any applicable law or sanctions regime; and
• are acting for yourself, not on behalf of an undisclosed third party.

Determining whether participation is lawful where you live is your responsibility, not ours. We do not verify eligibility, and using the service does not mean we have confirmed it.

3. What APX Autobot Trading is and is not

APX Autobot Trading operates an earnings programme. Participants commit funds as capital and accrue earnings at a rate set by the operator, with a referral plan paying a share of network earnings across six levels.

APX Autobot Trading is not:

• a bank, deposit-taking institution or payment service;
• a licensed or regulated financial services provider;
• an investment manager, broker, adviser or fiduciary;
• an exchange or trading venue.

We hold no licence, no authorisation and no registration with any financial regulator, and nothing here should be understood as suggesting otherwise.

4. Your account and wallet

The service is non-custodial. You connect a wallet you control; we never hold your keys and cannot move your funds independently.

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, its private keys and its recovery phrase. If you lose access, we cannot recover it for you and your funds will be permanently inaccessible. If someone else obtains your keys, they can act as you, and we have no way to prevent or reverse this.

Actions submitted from your wallet are treated as authorised by you.

5. Deposits, capital and earnings

Deposits. Deposited funds are converted to platform units at the published ratio. A deposit alone does not earn anything.

Capital. Committing units to capital begins accrual at the current rate. This is irreversible. Committed capital cannot be withdrawn, transferred or recovered by you, by us, or by anyone else, and remains committed for as long as the programme operates.

Sponsor. Your sponsor is recorded on your first deposit and is permanent. It cannot be changed, corrected or reassigned afterwards by anyone, including us. If you deposit without entering a sponsor, you will have none, and this cannot be fixed later.

Earnings. Earnings accrue against committed capital at the rate then in force and are credited when realised. Earnings are not guaranteed.

6. Withdrawals

Earnings may be withdrawn subject to the minimums, fees and liquidity requirements in force at the time. Committed capital may not be withdrawn.

Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where platform liquidity is below the configured threshold, where the platform is suspended, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity. We do not guarantee that a withdrawal requested at any particular moment will succeed.

7. The referral programme

Referral earnings are a share of the earnings your network generates, paid when those earnings are credited. They are not a payment for recruiting and are not a share of deposits.

Referral earnings require that the referral programme is enabled, that you have committed capital yourself, and that your network is generating earnings. Any of these can cease to be true.

If you introduce others you must not:

• describe the programme as guaranteed, insured, risk-free or regulated;
• promise any specific return or outcome;
• conceal or downplay the risk disclosure;
• suggest capital can be withdrawn;
• make any claim about APX Autobot Trading that we have not published ourselves.

You are responsible for what you tell people. Misrepresenting the programme may result in loss of referral privileges and may expose you to liability we do not share.

8. Programme settings may change

We may change any programme setting at any time, including the daily rate, referral rates, minimums, fees, available tiers, and whether particular features operate at all. We may also suspend the platform.

Changes take effect when made and generally apply to future activity only. We are not obliged to notify you in advance, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

9. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or any other unlawful purpose;
• attempt to interfere with, probe or exploit the platform or its infrastructure;
• use automated means to abuse the service or its rate limits;
• create accounts to manipulate the referral programme, including artificial or fictitious downlines;
• impersonate APX Autobot Trading or claim to represent us;
• circumvent access controls or misrepresent your eligibility.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, in whole or in part, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, where required by law, or where necessary to protect the platform or its participants.

Because the service is non-custodial, termination does not transfer your wallet or its contents to us. It does mean you may lose access to the interface and to features of the programme.

11. No advice, no guarantee

Nothing on this site or in the platform is financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. We are not licensed to provide any of it and no relationship of trust or advice arises between us.

No rate, projection, illustration or figure anywhere in the service is a promise or guarantee. Projected figures are arithmetic illustrations based on current settings and current balances, and both can change.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied;
• we are not liable for loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of anticipated earnings, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages;
• we are not liable for losses arising from your own actions, from wallet compromise, from lost keys, from network failures, or from third-party services;
• we are not liable for the programme ceasing to pay, for changes to any setting, or for the platform being suspended or discontinued.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the fees you have actually paid us in the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless APX Autobot Trading, its operators and its personnel against any claim, loss, liability or expense arising from your use of the service, your breach of these terms, your breach of any law, or any statement you make to another person about the programme.

14. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties including wallet providers, network infrastructure and market data providers. We do not control them, do not warrant them, and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or conduct.

Market data displayed on this site is provided by TradingView for reference only. It may be delayed or indicative, is unrelated to the programme's performance, and must not be relied on for any decision.

15. Intellectual property

The APX Autobot Trading name, marks, interface, design and content are ours or our licensors'. You may not copy, adapt, redistribute or create derivative works from them without our written permission, except that you may share published referral links as intended.

16. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The updated version takes effect when published, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continued use after that means you accept the revision. Review this page periodically.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before commencing proceedings, contact us so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

18. General

Entire agreement. These terms, the Risk Disclosure and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us on this subject.

Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

No waiver. Not enforcing a provision does not waive it.

Assignment. You may not assign your rights. We may assign ours in connection with a transfer of the business.

Language. These terms are written in English. Any translation is for convenience, and the English version governs.
